The Tim Eng Team proudly represents the Greater East Bay with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Drysdale Properties. Our passion and love for homes excite us to serve our clients in pursuing the right home, community, and investment. Our unique professional backgrounds and dedication to our community allow us to provide The Tim Eng Team difference to every one of our clients so informed and confident decisions can be made.
As a West Point graduate and veteran, Tim combines his combat leadership experience, local expert knowledge of the 680 corridor from San Jose through the Tri-Valley, and a ton of grit and determination to win deals for his clients. He understands what it means to fight for a cause, and as a realtor, that cause is:

While deployed overseas, he noted that the one driving factor his Soldiers fought hard for was the dream of returning home to loved ones. This central theme is what inspires Tim to go above and beyond for his clients. This mission to help families find their dream homes is why, after nearly a decade of managing commercial and government real estate, Tim transitioned to residential real estate.
Tim is a Realtor® with the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certification and understands when military staff and their families relocate, he knows how to make the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful.
In 2018, they achieved $10M in sales and achieved The Master Club status for the Bay East Realtor Association.
Sophia Nguyen Eng was born and raised in San Jose, CA and began working as a Realtor® in 2006.
Sophia graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and for over a decade, has lead global digital and growth marketing at top high-tech billion-dollar companies like Autodesk, Workday, and InVision bringing in over $300M in sales.
She has been featured in Forbes, Women 2.0, and is a keynote speaker at conferences like GrowthHackers on the topic of understanding consumer psychology to maximize exposure to the right target buyers.
Today, she leverages her world-class Silicon Valley growth marketing expertise to maximize exposure for their clients with Compass Real Estate.
Sophia also speaks fluent Vietnamese.
